in the case of loss or damage, our liability is limited to replacement of
same with unexposed film or material.

It is understood that any film. photograph, artwork or digital
media submitted for printing and/or reproduction has been done so with
the permission of the copyright owner.
Also, by such submission the
customer agrees to indemnify Colourchrome Lab. for all costs and expenses
including but not limited to lawyers' fees or judgement resulting from
any claim or lawsuit against

for any copyright infringement.
